Kathleen Weiss, PMP, CSM Director of Operations
Kathleen Weiss is a senior performance consultant and project management professional (PMP) with over 20 years' experience consulting on performance improvement. Kathleen is skilled in building collaborative relationships within her client teams to drive towards a rapid assessment and understanding of current and desired performance levels., and a clear roadmap to optimal performance. As a certified PMP, she has led numerous high-priority projects that demand on-time and within scope delivery. Kathleen's strengths that she brings to Ninja and its clients are the ability to prioritize the tasks at hand and get the work done. She has consistently facilitated win/win/win scenarios for her stakeholders.
David Tripp Member Board of Directors
David G. Tripp is a business attorney with law offices located in Fairfax, Virginia. His practice focusses primarily on business law, commercial transactions, commercial litigation, and federal investigations.
Following his graduation from George Washington University Law School, Mr. Tripp served as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice and as a federal prosecutor in the Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. After leaving government service, he entered private practice. Mr. Tripp is licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Tripp has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court as well as numerous other state and federal courts. He is a frequent speaker on various legal topics involving business law and commercial litigation. He currently serves as a board member for the YMCA of Fairfax County, Virginia. Mr. Tripp brings to Ninja Analytics over 30 years’ experience representing both small business and Fortune 500 companies in virtually all aspects of business law, dispute mediation, and commercial litigation.
Michael Smart, MBA, PMP, PMI-RMP Member, Board of Directors
Michael Smart has progressive work experience in project, risk, and business management in a variety of industries including non-profit and government contracting. He is experienced providing project budgeting, financial forecasting, and risk management expertise to an array of government contracts.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business at Mount St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Frostburg State University. He is both Project Management Professional (PMP) and Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certified though the Project Management Institute.
